If you are experiencing difficulties while using Air Cluster, we encourage you to report the issue so we may investigate and address it accordingly. Please be advised that in order to properly understand, reproduce, and resolve the problem, your report must be clearly articulated and thoroughly detailed. Incomplete or vague reports significantly hinder our ability to provide a solution.
Before submitting a report, kindly consider the following:
- Visit our official blog and FAQ section. The issue you encountered may have already been documented and resolved.
- Verify that you have installed the latest version of Air Explorer. Many bugs are corrected in recent updates.
If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please proceed by reporting the problem as follows:
1. Provide a description
Please describe the issue with precision. Include all relevant steps that lead to the problem and the outcomes you expected. You may use the structure below to ensure your report is complete:
- System context and relevant details:
-Air Cluster version (available under Archivo > Help).
-Operating system version.
-Cloud services in use. - Steps to reproduce the issue:
Clearly list each action taken, in sequential order, without omitting any detail. - Observed behavior:
Explain the outcome that occurred during your use of the software. - Expected behavior:
Describe the anticipated result or functionality you expected.
2. Attach screenshots
Screenshots are especially beneficial when reporting issues related to the user interface, unexpected error messages, or graphical irregularities.
3. Locate and share logs
Log files provide critical insights into the software’s behavior and underlying issues. To generate and retrieve detailed logs:
- Enable Archivo > Logs
- Access and copy the logs from View > Logs to include with your report
